2. Digital Publications & Downloads

Digital products (PDF magazines, e-books, presets, and digital guides) are delivered immediately upon purchase via an automated download link.
All digital files are for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorised redistribution, resale, or public hosting of these files is strictly prohibited under copyright law.

3. Workshop Bookings, Deposits, & Balances

Payment Structure: Workshops may be purchased in full or via a down payment/deposit option where made available at checkout.
Balance Due Dates: Where a down payment is selected, the remaining balance must be paid on or before the specified due date stated on the workshop product page. Failure to settle the final balance by the due date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your slot.

4. Workshop Cancellations & Refunds

14-Day Statutory Right: Pursuant to EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a workshop booking within 14 days of purchase for a 100% full refund.
Refunds Relative to Balance Due Date: You may cancel your workshop booking and receive a full refund of any amounts paid (including deposits) at any point up until the final balance due date specified on the product page. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested after the final balance due date has passed.

5. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If a workshop is cancelled by the organizer due to force majeure, emergencies, or failing to meet minimum participant thresholds, you will receive a 100% full refund of all amounts paid to us.
The organizer is not liable for secondary or travel-related costs incurred by participants, such as flights, visas, or hotel reservations.
