Return & Refund Policy

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), our return and refund policy varies depending on the type of product purchased:

1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads / E-Books)

• No Refunds for Instant Downloads: Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter (o) of the Italian Consumer Code and EU Consumer Law, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal (diritto di recesso) does not apply to digital content delivered electronically once the download process has commenced with your express consent.

• All sales of PDF magazines, e-books, and digital downloads are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your file, please contact paolomaschio36 [at] gmail [.com] for assistance.

2. Photography Workshops

• 14-Day Statutory Cooling-off Period: Pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code, EU consumers have the right to cancel a workshop booking within 14 days of purchase for a 100% full refund.

• Cancellations After the 14-Day Statutory Cooling-off Period: No refunds (neither deposit nor balance) will be issued for cancellations requested after the 14-Day Statutory Cooling-off Period has passed, as operational costs and venue/instructor commitments are finalized.

• Seat Transferability: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another participant at no additional charge by notifying us in writing prior to the event.
